What this website collects when you use it, why, and what we never do with it.
This website belongs to My Laundromat, a laundromat at 7900 Steubenville Pike, Imperial, PA 15126. You can reach us at 724-227-0513 or [email protected].
When you send a message or a pickup and delivery request through a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, pickup address or town, and any details you add. The form submission is emailed to us and stored in the website so we can reply and set up your service.
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
We use your details only to answer your question, arrange wash and fold or pickup and delivery, and follow up about that request. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Some features load content from other companies, which may receive your IP address when they do: Google Maps (the map on our pages), Google Fonts (the typefaces), our Google reviews feed, and an accessibility toolbar that helps visitors adjust text size and contrast. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as the ones that let forms submit securely. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow up, then delete them.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 724-227-0513 or email [email protected].
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page.
